At Fortevia Jewels, every piece of jewelry is handcrafted with the utmost care, precision, and attention to detail. We value your trust and want you to feel confident with every purchase. Please review our policy below for information about cancellations, returns, exchanges, resizing, and repairs.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change.
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing it by contacting support@forteviajewels.com.

  • After 24 hours, a cancellation fee will apply to cover restocking and labor expenses.
  • CVD Diamond Jewelry: 30% cancellation fee.
  • Moissanite Jewelry: 20% cancellation fee.

Once an item has entered production, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.


Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the order number and proof of purchase (such as the confirmation email).

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@forteviajewels.com before sending your item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and are strongly encouraged to use an insured, trackable shipping method.
Fortevia Jewels is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.


Restocking Fees for Custom Jewelry

All Fortevia Jewels pieces are handcrafted and customized according to your ring size, diamond type, and gold preference.
For this reason, returns unrelated to manufacturing defects are subject to the following restocking fees:

  • Moissanite Jewelry: 20% restocking fee.
  • CVD Diamond Jewelry: 30% restocking fee.

This fee covers labor for resizing, polishing, and quality inspection of returned items.
If a returned item requires extensive cleaning or repair that prevents immediate resale, an additional restocking fee may apply, depending on the condition.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to their custom nature, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry orders
  • Eternity bands made to order
  • Items with any physical damage caused after delivery

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@forteviajewels.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue promptly and provide the best possible resolution.


Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your ring for a different size or style:

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase amount.
  • The remaining balance will be applied toward your new purchase.
  • Any price difference for the new piece will be charged to you.

Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order and are limited to one exchange per item.
Exchange credits do not apply to future purchases.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.


Resizing Services

At Fortevia Jewels, we understand the importance of a perfect fit.
We offer ring resizing services at a minimal cost.

Resizing Limitations:

  • Rings can be resized up or down by a maximum of one full size.
  • Resizing beyond this limit may compromise the integrity and design of the ring and cannot be performed.

Exceptions:

  • Full Eternity Rings: Cannot be resized due to their intricate design. We offer an exchange option for the correct size instead.
  • Plain Gold Bands: If resizing isn’t ideal, we may offer an exchange for a new handcrafted ring in your correct size.

Resizing Costs & Shipping:

  • Resizing is not free but offered at a minimal cost.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping both ways, and international customers are responsible for customs and import fees.

Repair Services

If your jewelry requires repair, please contact support@forteviajewels.com before sending it to us.

Here’s how our repair process works:

  1. Our repair specialists will prepare an intake form detailing the current condition of your piece and the required work.
    You’ll receive a copy of this form for confirmation.
  2. We’ll begin repairs that are covered under your warranty immediately, which may include:
      1. Stone resetting or replacement
      2. Setting or prong repair
      3. Band restoration
      4. Resizing (within limitations)
  3. If additional work is needed that’s not covered under warranty, we’ll contact you with an estimate before proceeding.
  4. Customers are responsible for shipping both ways, and we recommend insured, trackable shipping.
  5. The average repair timeline is 2–3 weeks from the time we receive your piece.

Please note: If your jewelry requires a new or limited-edition stone, availability may vary. We will contact you to approve an alternative stone before proceeding.


Care & Responsibility

Fine jewelry is delicate and should be treated with care.
Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme heat, and physical impact. Regular cleaning and inspections can help maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewelry.
