Yes, all our Moissanite Diamonds are certified and tested by International Laboratory. We give a physical authenticity certificate card of your diamond jewelry on request. You must pay a $50USD certification charge. You can also check the authenticity of diamonds from any International Laboratory in your country.

Yes, we offer rush order service so that you will get your jewelry before the best moment of your life. We do not charge any extra money for rush orders, but please contact us our executives to get exact manufacturing timing at support@forteviajewels.com

We do not sell only setting. Our settings are made-to-order with each one handcrafted for a center diamond with unique characteristics to ensure the quality of the finished piece. For this reason, we do not provide stand-alone settings or semi mounts. Please let us know if we can assist you with selecting a center diamond.

Made-to-order means that your fine jewelry is crafted once your order is placed.

You can shop directly on our website by selecting your desired piece, choosing metal type, ring size, and checkout securely. For custom designs, reach out to our support team to start the process.

Yes if you cancel the order after 24 hours, there will be 20% restocking fee.

You can update the address only before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed, so please double-check it before confirming your order.

FAQ's About Warranty & Policies

All Fortevia jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and stone-setting issues.➡️ For full details, please visit our Warrenty Policy Page.

The warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear, accidental damage, or alterations done outside Fortevia Jewels. Any issues caused by misuse or neglect are also excluded.

If your jewelry experiences an issue covered under warranty, please contact our support team with your order number and photos. Our team will guide you through the entire repair or replacement process.

We will accept return and exchange on most pieces. Items must be returned in unworn condition within 30 days of receipt. All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee for moissanite items & 30% restocking fee for CVD items. If you want to exchange your piece, we'll apply the full amount of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or greater value.
