At Fortevia Jewels, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our fine jewelry. Each piece is designed to last a lifetime, and we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction.

We are pleased to offer a 1-Year Warranty on all Fortevia Jewels pieces, giving you peace of mind that your jewelry will be cared for with the same attention and love with which it was created.

Warranty Coverage

Our 1-Year Warranty includes:

  • Free repair services for any manufacturing defects within one year of purchase (excluding replacement of focal or center stones).
  • Free cleaning and inspection of your jewelry within the warranty period to ensure it remains in beautiful condition.
  • Evaluation and professional repair advice from our expert jewelers, who will stay in open communication with you about any necessary work.

If your piece requires service after one year of ownership, we continue to offer repair and maintenance at a small labor and/or materials fee.

Cleaning & Inspection Services

We recommend having your diamond jewelry cleaned and inspected every 12 months or after any impact or trauma.
Our complimentary cleaning and inspection service is available exclusively to Fortevia Jewels customers.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs (both ways), and international customers are responsible for customs and import fees.

Exclusions & Limitations

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Replacement of lost or damaged center/focal stones.
  • Repairs or alterations performed by third-party jewelers (this voids the warranty).
  • Damage or loss caused by failure to obtain timely repairs or maintenance.
  • Normal wear and tear, product loss, theft, or damage resulting from misuse.

Some of our designs feature unique, one-of-a-kind gemstones. If one of these stones becomes damaged, we will do our best to replace it with a comparable stone, though variations in color or type may occur depending on availability.

Resizing Services

At Fortevia Jewels, we understand that comfort and fit are essential.
We offer ring resizing services at a minimal cost.

Resizing Limitations:

  • Rings can be resized up or down by a maximum of one full size.
  • Resizing beyond this range may compromise the design and structure of the ring and cannot be performed.

Exceptions:

  • Full Eternity Rings: Cannot be resized due to their intricate design. We offer an exchange option for the correct size instead.
  • Plain Gold Bands: If resizing isn’t feasible, we may offer an exchange for a new ring handcrafted in your correct size.

Resizing Costs & Shipping:
Resizing is offered at a minimal cost. Customers are responsible for shipping both ways, and international customers are responsible for customs and import charges.

Important Notes

  • The Fortevia Jewels 1-Year Warranty and Complimentary Services apply only to the original purchaser.
  • Repairs, resizing, or maintenance done by anyone other than Fortevia Jewels will void the warranty.
  • While our jewelry is made to last, it is not resistant to normal wear or impact — especially rings, which experience frequent contact.
